Our Firm

The history of Westley DiGiorgio Norcock Solicitors extends back to 1970 when Peter Westley first commenced legal practice at Wallace & Co in Naracoorte South Australia.

While Peter has provided continuous legal services in and around Naracoorte since that time, the Firm has changed names on a number of occasions. In 2001, Peter Westley and Frank DiGiorgio merged their sole practitioner firms before Frank followed his passion in viticulture. In 2010, solicitor James Norcock joined and became partner in 2015 and the firm was renamed Westley DiGiorgio Norcock.

We are a local, well-established, law firm specialising in a range of areas including conveyancing of residential properties, rural land and businesses, Wills and Estate planning, deceased estate administration, family law and commercial law matters. We provide practical and cost-effective legal solutions to complex legal issues.

A close-up of a detailed property contract spread across a smooth oak desk, with a refined chrome house-shaped keyring and modern silver keys resting atop the signature page. Beside it lies a high-quality black fountain pen with gold accents angled toward a blank signature line. A minimalist, matte-finish folder embossed with “Conveyancing – Limestone Coast” peeks from beneath the contract. Warm but neutral overhead lighting combines with slight ambient daylight to create soft reflections on the metal keys and pen. Photographic realism with a shallow depth of field focuses on the signature area, leaving the background softly blurred, evoking precision, care, and reassurance for clients navigating property and conveyancing matters.
